Mini Movie Fest is an event for screening a selection of Mini Movies before a live audience. A Mini Movie is a low quality digital film clip taken with a digital still camera, videophone.  Anyone may submit Mini Movies – we will show every submission.

What do you do for kicks?  What is entertainment?  What is entertaining?  Does entertainment exist only in the times between basic survival activities? Or does it overlap with survival?  These are the questions we are asking participants to address through their Mini Movies.

Guidelines for Submissions:

• Produce a short 1-3 minute video that addresses the theme of Entertainment. This can be in parts (such as Part 1, 2, 3) with a maximum total time of 9 minutes.

• Sorry, our video-sharing site is limited to 100MB per file maximum for uploading.

Prior to the screening we will be hosting a workshop for making Mini Movies. Equipment and technical assistance will be provided.
