
SWEATtime // Tuesdays from at 9-10 pm (July 8, 15, 22, 29)
Get buff and tuff every Tuesday by working out to old fitness videos like Jane Fonda, Rock Hard Abs, Richard Simmons and Buns of Steel. Dress up as your favorite fitness star or bring your own workout tape.
After the workout we will revitalize with fresh fruit and vegetable juice made with a juicer! Bring fruits and veggies to share (some will be provided).
